Learn to confidently teach safe, accessible, and inclusive Chair Yoga classes in this 12-hour certification designed for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and anyone passionate about making yoga available to all. You’ll learn posture variations, sequencing strategies, prop use, and modifications for common injuries and mobility limitations. Hands-on adjustments, teaching practice, and personalized feedback ensure you feel confident guiding both seated and standing chair-supported postures. You’ll also receive practical business guidance to help you launch your classes in studios, community centers, senior centers, online platforms, and beyond. This course includes a manual, teaching practicum, and a Certificate of Completion. Yoga Alliance CEU-eligible through YACEP.
